you need jffs or samba fs to install your packages into
telnet/ssh in and type
mkdir /jffs/tmp mkdir /jffs/tmp/ipkg
/tmp # ipkg update

to install type
/tmp # ipkg install <pkgname>
for more info just type ipkg from the command prompt.
