Same subnets doesn't work

When I connect to a router that has same subnet 192.168.1.x as the router I can connected to locally, I cannot ping any remote machine, or the remote router. Help!

For the step where we need to put in our own .crt or.key (Replace the "INSERT YOUR [FILE] HERE" text with the appropriate text from the .crt or .key files you generated during the Generate Keys for Authentication step.)

We have our files but we dont know what "appropriate text" from the .crt or .key files we need to add. there is a lot of text in the files. Hope someone can help, Thanks.
