This conflicts with the messy instructions on http://forums.opendns.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=256&page=1#Item_31
Your instructions:
- don't specify that https should be used, theirs do (and it would make sense)
- say "Set Host Name to all.dnsomatic.com", theirs say set to whatever you call the network name in OpenDNS.
