The OpenWRT repository has its limitations when used in a DD-WRT environment. This page serves as a wishlist of the changes that might usefully be made in order to improve the available functionality. It is written as an aide-memoire, started at r23550.
[edit] Repository limited to working packages
Many OpenWRT packages are not suitable for DD-WRT or not relevant; in an ideal world, whilst porting, the existing packages would be compiled as an 'unstable' branch, whilst a tested and working subset of them would be configured as a 'stable' branch.
