JTAG-interface
Theres no Application (for PC) that can read/write to the Flash of the Fonera. So: Forget it!
dang and i just soldered on a header for it too :-(
Sure you can, look at wiggler for your target interface. Google wiggler and find the software to drive it and the reported CPU and Flash is supported.

Pin outs of the header pins would be nice to see. And while we are at it, it would be nice to have pinouts for J1, J2 and SW1.
