Affilipedia is powered by MediaWiki, which also powers Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/). Wikipedia has done a great job with their help section, so I'd suggest just taking a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Contents, as the same information applies here. Template:Wiki Manual

The Gentoo-Portage Wiki is designed to provide a place for Gentoo users to post helpful information for the Gentoo community. The Wiki is provided as an alternative to the forums and allows for more of a community control over such documentation.

To start a page you may begin in 1 of 2 ways:
- Type the new page directly into the URL, E.G. "http://gentoo-wiki.com/new_page"
- Create a link on an existing page, and use that link to start your article.
