[edit] Initial

For initial flashing you have to access the device via serial connection.

Firmware files can be found here: Where do I download firmware?

[edit] U-Boot

Since the default is set to boot from the fixed address 0x9f650000, an new bootloader must be flashed before you can boot DD-WRT. You will have to setup an tftp server where you can download the files. When the cli asks type 1 to enter the command line. print the envsettings and set the ip and server address. Process each line step by step from the uboot console:

tftpboot 0x80060000 uboot.bin
erase 9f000000 +$filesize
cp.b $fileaddr 0x9f000000 $filesize

when the download doesnt work, try again with the 2nd eth port. The new version will be U-Boot 1.1.4
Dont reset/reboot yet!

[edit] DD-WRT/Recovery

Afer the uboot is flashed go on installing DD-WRT from the cli:

tftp 0x80060000 firmware.bin
erase 9f050000 +$filesize
cp.b $fileaddr 0x9f050000 $filesize
