For initial flashing you have to access the device via serial connection.

Since the default is set to boot from the fixed address 0x9f650000, an new bootloader must be flashed before you can boot DD-WRT. You will have to setup an tftp server where you can download the files. When the cli asks type 1 to enter the command line. print the envsettings and set the ip and server address. Process each line step by step from the uboot console:
tftpboot 0x80060000 uboot.bin erase 9f000000 +$filesize cp.b $fileaddr 0x9f000000 $filesize
when the download doesnt work, try again with the 2nd eth port.
The new version will be U-Boot 1.1.4
Dont reset/reboot yet!

Afer the uboot is flashed go on installing DD-WRT from the cli:
