What does the port numbers 5 and 5* mean?

0  = WAN
1  = port 1
2  = port 2
3  = port 3
4  = port 4
5  = ??
5* = ??

I think, star (*) means packets of this VLAN on this port are tagged. And it can be combined with any port number. Monas

[edit] Port 5

So the port number 5 is WLAN. And it is by default located both in the WAN side and in the LAN side as well, but as tagged in the LAN? Just to make sure I got it right. --Rammstein 18:26, 7 Dec 2005 (CET)

I put in a correction: port 5 is not WLAN. The WLAN interface doesn't support VLANs. Port 5 is internally connected on the motherboard. --Rmc
